Is India on 360 ???
February 16th, 2006 by Neha Bagoria

I was wonderin’ if, I can get to see ne bloggers frm India, included in “360 elite club”. . Here, I did see some bloggers of Indian origin but now residin’ in the US. May be 360 tend to select pages only frm the US, as I nvr came across pages frm ne other country.

Hope u ppl came across such pages, which are featured in 360(India/Non-US), so pl. post those links over here.

I jus waited n waited to check out such intrestin’ pages frm India. Then I’d to hunt hard deliberately Image.

Yep frm India I cud discover only Raji ‘s page.

One more peculiar thin’ bout 360, how cum most of the bloggers frm India, are either frm South(India) or Software. I mean its very rare tht Indian bloggers fall in ne other category. Hey sorry, but I didn’t mean to be rude.  Sometimes I feel like an alien Image, when they rite their comments in south indian languages. Sorry, no offence meant Image.

Actually I wud like to see some other intrestin’ pages too, posted by Indian(residin’) ppl other than frm South or Software.

Hope to discover the other side of 360, thru this blog Image.

hmm neha good questions.regarding the elite intersting pages nobody knows the real criteria for selecting it.as u said above it may be one of the reason or also it may be based on when they started blogging.so soon our time will come 🙂

Then regarding south i never thought so till now.it must be coincidence tht there lot of ppls from south.then we mostly to use english only for blogging n comments however in some cases we use our languages to express something which v culdnt do in english like some old sayings or some intimate things.its unavoidable and not intentional 🙂

Then regarding software people its true becaus they get better acess to system and internet rather than ppl in other field.but still i’m not a IT person and try to spend time in this 360 to know people and have fun.so it depends on own interest.

i think y 360 has got good response from indians and we could see lot of people writing blogs and daily lot of new ppls are coming to write blogs.we have formed a good community here with lot of ppls of different caste, creed, language, religion, education and stand united as one 360 community people.i too agree still lot more people should come and start writing blogs .

U need some one from Delhi eh? I dont care where someone belong to….I look upon the character and the contributions on their page.
After all country of birth and religion/region are not selected by the individual. East or West, North or South…..best is Best(people) and hope remain to best always…..NO OFFENCEE… Blog is on interesting topic

i had seen that somany if they wrote the comment in their regional language they r writing the meaning of that,so there is no question of feeling like alien, infact u can learn it rt.andrest of the thoughts i go with pradeep.

well..the language and their place of origin doesnt matter..though its tuff to understand when a few comment in alien languages…and bout the elite grp, may be the time u start blogging matters and those pages are not so interesting always..and the ones put up by my frnds are gud:)

Firstly, As far as I know, Raji is in US.

Secondly, xh is from India and he was once in featured bloggers…I was at a point of time featured as well and I am neither from south India nor am in the IT field.

I am Non residential south Indian IT professional. I am not sure about the point. Bcoz I never checked these criteria b4.

Kriz…I wish u for tht too 🙂

Tanvi, Raji’s page says India as location…then I don know if she is actually residin’ in the US…yep xh is featured one but as he has made his location as pvt I was not sure bout him…tht’s rite u neither frm south India or IT but u frm the US(residin’)…how cum I its very rare tht I cum across a featured blog other than the US…recently I came across an exotic page frm Morrocco(featured)…well the point is not bout featured one…its like if a blog is featured ,its easy for me to enlarge my circle worldwide…then I don need to really hunt for more at 360…featured one make my search somewhat easy…hey tell me if there are other ways around to search for more interrestin’ one.

raji is not residing @ US. She is from AP, and resides there. Her page is one among the first fetured pages. About me, long back I have changed it back to India, and I am sure, Yahoo can know my region, even if i kept it as private…
