Every thing is good in limit, sometimes I even sleep well after taking and sometime even I cant eat after taking. And vis-a-vis sometimes even I cant sleep after giving, and sometime I eat well after giving.
I think all depends on situation, and environment.

haha it depends upon what u give or take :), if u give or take others pain and sorrow, u will spend slepless nights 😉 , sometimes u r compelled to a situation where u will have to give others sorrow and ill-feelings and may be take away from them something u never wished for.. sometimes u have to give, sometimes u have to take, everything changes, nothing remains constant (except for sun, and the value of pi 😉 ) this is the dynamicity or the variety of life, that spices it up 🙂
